A collection of articles on leadership, team building, communication, TRAINPOST and Postcrossing etc was given to each participant. Some books viz. What Great Service Leaders Know and Do, The Effective Executive by Peter Drucker, Leadership and Change Management by Harvard Business Review, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, Forge Your Future by APJ Abdul Kalam, The Professional by Subroto Bagchi, Leadership Wisdom by Robin Sharma, The Illustrated Light on Yoga by BKS Iyenger etc were also given to the participants for future reference.

Country presentations were made by all the participants. The participants also highlighted the priorities and unique features of their postal administrations. Study Tours to AMPC, New Delhi, Agra Head Post Office, Workplace Training Centre, Agra and Agra Regional Office were also organized. Cultural visits to places of historical interest in Delhi like Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, Lotus Temple and in Agra like Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri were also organised. All the participants also actively took part in the International Sports and Cultural Festival during the program.
